A lot of people do not enjoy cardio because it is quite challenging, but it is flexible, easy to personalize, and can be performed almost anywhere with little to no equipment. Beginners can start by choosing a simple activity they enjoy and start performing it at a comfortable pace for short periods, gradually increasing duration and intensity over time. Focusing on consistency, listening to the body, and setting small goals helps build a strong foundation for long-term progress.
